Our design expertise grew from meeting the stringent requirements of building aircraft canopies for 20 years. We have in-house tooling and design capabilities and can accept 2-D or 3-D CAD files.
Our thermoformers can handle sheet sizes up to 6' x 8' with draw depths over 36". Our 5-axis routers have 5' x 10' tables with up to 36" depth. Our laser cutter has a 500W CO2 laser and a 4' x 4' bed. Our polycarbonate extruder can produce .040" to .100" thick, transparent sheet up to 64" wide.
