We can cut many kinds of plastic, wood and thin steel with our laser. Our laser is a Beam Dynamics LWC10000. It is a 500 Watt CO2 laser with a 4×4 foot cutting bed. What this means for you is fast cutting, clean edges and the ability to cut parts up to 4 feet long.
This is an example of a small part cut from 0.040 delrin. We can hold tolerances of 0.002″. We can also cut to the inside, outside, or on a line in your file. You don’t need to worry about drawing for part fit anymore. You just draw your part and let our software do the work for you.
A snowflake cut from clear acrylic. Acrylic requires no finishing. The edges are polished as they are cut.
Another acrylic part for an aircraft position light. Each “dot” is 0.001″ deep. The radius edges and cutouts were done on one of our 5-axis routers.
A ceramic tile that we etched. Our laser has no problem cutting through the tile either.

We have some new software that no longer requires you to color code your files to specify the type of cut. All you need to provide is a .dwg or .dxf file drawn to net dimensions. We take care of inside, outside and on the line cuts as well as kerf allowance.
